This property had good bones - mature trees, well-established shrubs, a beautiful Japanese maple out front, even a gazebo tucked into the backyard. But without regular upkeep, all of that can start to look tired fast. Overgrown shrubs lose their shape, mulch beds fade and thin out, and the whole yard just stops looking intentional.
Here's what we came in to do: trim everything back to clean, sharp lines and refresh the mulch beds throughout the property. Front beds along the walkway, the foundation planting around the entry, and the gazebo island in the back - all of it got the same attention. Fresh dark mulch makes every plant pop, and clean edges make the whole yard look put-together instead of just maintained.
That's the difference between basic upkeep and good residential landscape maintenance. It's not just about keeping the grass cut. It's about making sure every part of the yard - from the walkway view to the garden you see from the back windows - actually looks like someone cares about it.
What these homeowners get out of it is simple. They can use their outdoor space without it being a source of stress. No overgrown shrubs crowding the windows, no weedy mulch beds pulling the eye away from the nice stuff. Just a clean, welcoming yard they can enjoy all season without thinking twice about it.
